The Urban Pinnacle serves a dual purpose: We support individuals from underserved communities, including justice-impacted individuals, first-generation college students, and those striving for economic empowerment, as well as their families and broader communities. Concurrently, we act as a talent acquisition solution for businesses and services in need, connecting them with a skilled and motivated workforce. Through our comprehensive programs, we bridge the gap between untapped potential within these communities and the demand for talent across various industries, facilitating mutual growth and success.

The “Urban Empowerment Program”, a collaborative ecosystem of 4 intentional partnership groups:
  • Intake Partnership:the This is the gateway through which participants enter the UEP. The Intake Partnership group focuses on outreach and assessment, identifying individuals who will benefit most from the program. It ensures a smooth transition for participants, preparing them for the journey ahead.
  • Workforce Partnership: This group forms the bridge between UEP participants and employment opportunities. By partnering with businesses and organizations, the Workforce Partners tailor training programs to meet current industry needs, ensuring participants are job-ready upon program completion.
  • Guidance Partnership: Essential to the personal growth of participants, the Guidance Partners pair individuals with mentors and coaches who provide ongoing support, advice, and encouragement. This partnership emphasizes the development of leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
  • Supportive Partnership: Recognizing the importance of holistic support, the Supportive Partners secure access to essential resources for participants through our P.A.C.E program. From educational materials to basic living needs, this group ensures that external challenges do not hinder the progress of individuals within the UEP.
