Urban Empowerment Program (UEP)
A career-focused initiative that integrates professional development, mentorship, career training, and job placement to empower underserved communities.

The PoP App connects underserved communities with essential resources, mentorship opportunities, and measurable progress tracking. It also serves as a valuable tool for nonprofits and corporate partners to amplify and evaluate their contributions to social equity and community growth.
Urban Empowerment Program (UEP)
The UEP addresses systemic barriers to employment by creating a structured pathway to career success through reverse recruiting cohorts, where participants are trained specifically for roles employers are actively seeking to fill.
